    .5 block Extra Firm Tofu finely chopped or crumbled
    2 C Diced Potatos
    6 Flour Tortillas
    1 Tbsp Olive Oil
    1 clove diced garlic
    1 C chopped Onions
    1.5 C Vegan sausage
    4 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast Flakes


Freeze if desired.


Serving Size: Makes 7 burritos

Heat oil in large pan over medium heat. Cook onions and potatos until slightly translucent. Add tofu, garlic, sausage and nutritional yeast flakes breaking up the sausage and mixing well.

Take just under a cup of the filling and put in center of tortilla. Fold up ends when rolling shut.
