Ingredients

    2.5 cups rolled oats
    1 cup gluten free all purpose baking flour
    .25 cup coconut flour
    .25 cup quinoa flour
    .25 cup brown rice flour
    .25 cup buckwheat flour
    .5 cup sugar
    1 cup brown sugar, packed
    1 cup coconut oil, melted
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 cup shredded, unsweetened coconut
    .5 cup chopped walnuts
    .5 cup milk chocolate chips

Directions

Mix all dry ingredients together. Add wet ingredients and mix until thoroughly blended. Roll balls in hand and bake at 350 degrees for 12-13 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
