    Cream Cheese, 8 oz
    Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 1 tbsp
    Vanilla Extract, .1/2 tsp
    Splenda, 1 tsp


Beat the cream cheese, chocolate, vanilla and sugar substitue until smooth. Pour into pie pan lined with foil, or in paper baking cups. Cover
and refrigerate overnight. Cut into 8 squares.

  • I tried this-YUK! Unless I did something wrong, taste like bitter cream cheese nothing flavored in it, just cream cheese mashed up?? Thought I'D get a "sweet treat". Not sure if something is missing here in recipe to mold it as fudge or something to make it not to stick to the beaters no taste! - 1/15/12
