Ingredients

    1.25 pounds swordfish
    Grated Ginger 2 tsp
    4-6 cloves garlic, diced
    soy sauce, 3 tbsp.
    Olive oil, 1/3 c.
    panko style bread crumbs, 1/3 c.

Directions

combine ginger, olive oil, garlic and soy sauce
brush on swordfish, marinate in refrigerator for 4 hours or more
pre-heat oven to 450
spray glass casserole dish with non-stick spray
put fish in uncovered casserole dish
cook for 15 minutes
