Ingredients

    2 Medium sized green apples, peeled and cut into slices
    4 teaspoons of sugar
    1 tbsp of Cinnamon
    a pat of butter (optional)
    .25 cup of water
    Top it off with Light Vanilla Ice cream!

Directions

Put peeled apple slices into a pan with a bit of butter, the sugar and cinnamon, and a 1/4 cup of water. Cook the apples until tender.
Serve in bowl toppped with 1/2 cup of Light Vanilla Ice Cream!
So delish!
