    Cake, yellow, dry mix, pudding-type, 1 package
    Applesauce, unsweetened, .5 cup
    Egg white, fresh, 3 large
    *Pineapple, canned, 8 slice or ring
    Brown Sugar, 16 tsp unpacked


Pre-heat oven to 350 and spray muffin tins.
Mix cake mix, 1/2 cup pineapple juice, 3 eggs and 1/2 cup applesauce together.
Place 1 tsp brown sugar in each muffin tin with 1/2 pineapple ring. Divide the cake batter evenly between the 16 muffin tins.
