Ingredients

1/4 cup *uncooked* old-fashioned rolled oats
    1/3 cup skim milk
1 cup plain Chobani Greek yogurt
    1 1/2tsp dried chia seeds
    2 tsp maple syrup
    1/4 cup blueberries

Tips

*1/2 pint quilted mason jars work great for this, you can use the regular top and rings or purchase the plastic lids for them.*

*if using quick/instant oats, refrigeration overnight is NOT recommended. in this instance, this concoction just needs to refrigerate for about 45minutes to an hour. when i use quick oats, i prefer to use FLAX seeds instead of chia, since they are ground up; the 45 minutes doesn't really allow for enough time for the chia seeds to absorb the moisture*

Directions

Put all ingredients EXCEPT blueberries into container (same container will be used for eating/refrigerating). Cap, and shake it up!! Remove lid and add blueberries. Stir to incorporate. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Serve cold/chilled.
