    *Organic All-Purpose White Flour, 2 cup
    Granulated Sugar, 1.5 cup
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 0.33 cup
    *Blue Bonnet Light Margarine, 8 tbsp
    Breakstone Fat Free Sour Cream, 8 tbsp -1/2 C of water


preheat oven to 350. Grease 9x13 in pan.
mix together flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and cocoa. cut 1 stick of butter into flour mixture with pastry blender.
when the mixtuire is mixed stir in hot water. mix well and then add sour cream. Stir. spread evenly in pan. bake 30-35 mins or until cake pulls away from the side of the pan.
