Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

1 cup raw almonds, soaked in purified water overnight
    3 cups purified water

Tips

A little natural sweetener can be added, if desired. I don't recommend no calories sweeteners as they can make it taste bitter.

Directions

After soaking almonds for 12 hours or more, pulverize with 1 cup water for 4 minutes in a food processor. (OR with 2 cups (or all) water in a large blender for 2-3 minutes. Depending on size of blender).
Empty into a pourable container and stir in remaining water, if applicable. Strain through a nut bag or (or six layers of cheesecloth) into a glass container. Chill. Drink within 5 days.

Serving Size: Makes approximately 3.25 cups almond milk
