Ingredients

    Mix boiling water with margarine, apple sauce, sorghum, splenda,and slightly beaten eggs. In a separate bowl, mix together soda, ginger, and both types of flour. Add flour mixture to the wet mixture and mix well. Pour into a greased and floured baking dish (13 X 9) and bake at 375 for 20 minutes.

Directions

Serve with Low fat Whipped topping.
