Ingredients

You actually use the clam juice too, but they didn't have canned clams with the liquid still in it listed and I threw out my can so I can't enter the info. I think that you can thicken it into a more chowdery chowder by whisking in flour, riceflour, or cornstarch. I didn't try it.

Directions

Chop potatoes into cubes. I like them about the size of a key on a keyboard, but they can be any size that you like. Boil them in the water for 15 minutes, then add the can of clams, the onions and bacon bits. Continue to boil for an additional 5 minutes, then add the milk and cream of celery. Stir until cream of celery is disolved.
