Ingredients

    1 (16 oz) bag of Wide Egg Noodles
    2 cans of 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom soup
    1/2 cup of half and half
    1 cup of water
    4 Tbs of sour cream
    1/3 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
    1 small onion chopped
    2 cans of tuna in water
    1/2 cup of bread crumbs

Directions

Boil noodles and drain. Mix soup with half & half and water, add onions and tuna. Pour over and mix with noodles in large skillet or pan, mix well and cook over med heat. Add sour cream and mozzarella cheese. When heated thoroughly and cheese melted top with bread crumbs.

Serving Size: Makes 12 (1 cup) servings
