Ingredients

    1 BLSL Chicken Breast (6oz)
    Kosher salt
    black pepper
    1 Tbsp olive oil
    2 tsp parmesan cheese

Tips

Make sure to use oven friendly pan if putting under broiler.


Directions

Season chicken with salt and pepper to taste, let sit 15 minutes
Heat oil on med-high heat
Cook chicken until browned
Optional: Grate parmesan cheese over chicken and put under broiler until cheese is melted
