    3.5 - 4 lbs Beef Roast of your choice (cut into chunks if you'd like)
    3 Tbsp EVOO
    3 Cans Beef Broth
    4 Onions, chopped
    4 Potatos, cubed
    2 1-lb bags of baby Carrots
    salt, pepper, and Garlic Powder to taste


Cut the Beef Roast in half and place one in a 1-gallon baggie and one in the crock pot. Split the remaining ingredients in half - place half in the baggie and half in the crock pot. Seal the baggie getting out as much air as you can and freeze for cooking another day. Cook the other half of ingredients (salt, pepper, garlic powder, and other seasonings to taste) in the crock pot on Low for 8-10 hours. Serve with bread if desired.

Serving Size: One "bagged meal" makes enough for 2 adults and 2 kids with enough for a large lunch the next day.
