    1 pkg. Hashbrowns (thawed)
    10 eggs
    1lb turkey sausage
    1 can mushroom soup
    2 cups cheddar cheese
    1/2 cup onion
    1tbsp dry mustard
    salt and pepper to taste


Brown turkey and drain any fat. In a 9x11 baking dish layer the hashbrowns, turkey, mushroom soup, onion, and 10 eggs mixed with the mustard, salt and pepper. Bake at 375 for 35 minutes. The last 10 minutes of baking add the cheese remove when cheese is melted.

Serves 8 to 10
