10 ounce package organic strawberries
10 ounce package organic blueberries
Approximately 2 large frozen overripe bananas
(Let your bananas get at least 75% brown skin, then peel, chunk, and freeze the chunks in a ziplock bag.)
Between 1/5 and 1/6 cup unsweetened cocoa powder. Add more or less to taste.
You can use milk instead of water and even add some protein powder if you want to make it more of a meal, but that will change calories too, of course. You can also add a tiny pinch of vanilla extract, which brings out the chocolate flavor a bit, but cuts the edge. I like the edge, though.
