Quick, easy and tasty way to prepare canned salmon. Quick, easy and tasty way to prepare canned salmon.
Number of Servings: 4


    1 15 oz can of pink salmon, drained
    1 slice of whole wheat bread (crumbed)
    2 tablespoons of chopped onion
    2 tablespoons of dried parsley
    1/2 teaspoon of dried dill


Preheat a skillet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray (such as PAM). Mix all ingredients together. Divide the mixture into fourths, and make a patty of each fourth. Allow patties to brown on one side. Spray the unbrowned side (up) with nonstick cooking spray, and flip the patties to the other side. When that side is browned to your satisfaction, serve.
