Ingredients

    1 Can of Root Beer
    3-4 lbs Pork Shoulder
1 bottle of your favorite BBQ Sauce
    1 package Hawaiian

Directions

Split Pork Shoulder in half and place 1 in 1-gallon baggie with half of root beer. Place the other half in the crock pot with the other half of the root beer. Seal and freeze the baggie for cooking another day. Cover and cook the crock pot on Low 8-10 hours. Pour out liquid. Shred pork. Return to crock pot, pour half of BBQ Sauce bottle (or about 3-4 TBSP) onto pork and stir together. We serve on Hawaiian Buns/Subs with green beans! Yum. :-)

Serving Size: Makes enough for 2 adults and 2 kids with leftovers for a big lunch the next day!
