    *Jennie-O Lean Ground Turkey, 24 oz (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced (remove)
    *Low Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 cup (remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices (remove)
    *Del Monte Cut Green Beans, 1 cup (remove)
    *Potato, raw, 5 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) (remove)
    Sour Cream, reduced fat, .35 cup (remove)


brown turkey with onion,celery and diced mushrooms. When cooked, drain any excess fat add green beans and reduced fat cream of mushroom soup. Season with salt, pepper and dash of soy sauce.
Boil potatoes and mash with sour cream.
Put turkey mixture into 8x11 pan, top with potatoes. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
