Ingredients

    Place 1 lb. ground chicken in large mixing bowl. In small food processor chop one onion, add to chicken. In same food processor place the 1c. of oatmeal. Process to resemble a flour. Add to the chicken. Add one egg, and WHITE worchestershire sauce -(see notes)
    Mix the chicken, oatmeal and onion combination. Add garlic salt and thyme.
    Place in a "pammed" loaf dish. Place in a 350 degree preheated oven for 45-60 minutes ----or 15 minutes in a microwave. Serve with additional Worchestershire sauce.

Tips

(DON'T use the dark one---the white is a bit hard to find, but call around-Lea and Perrins Chicken Marinade AKA White Worchestershire Sauce)


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 45-60 minutes
