Ingredients

    2 cups old fashioned oats
    3/4 cup sunflower seeds
    1/2 cup nuts crushed or chopped
    2/3 cup brown sugar
    1/2 cup honey
    4 TBSP butter
    2 Tsp vanilla extract

Tips

Only 6 points plus per bar on weight watchers plan! You can add 4oz. fruit to this but it changes the points plus value.


Directions

Put all dry ingredients into mixing bowl and set aside. Add brown sugar, honey, butter and vanilla in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Mix together wet and dry ingredients and spread it in a 10 x 12 casserole dish and press flat. Make sure to coat casserole dish with spray on oil. Let cool in fridge 2 hours before cutting up and serving!

Serving Size: Makes 12 bars cut equally in a casserole pan
