Ingredients

    *Beef, stew meat, cooked, lean only, 40 oz
    Black Beans - canned - Kroger, 3.5 cup
    1 Med. Green Bell Pepper, 1 serving
    Onions, raw, 1 large
    Stewed Tomatoes, 3.5 cup
    Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 4 tsp
    *2 tsp Italian Seasoning, 2 serving
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp

Directions

Put all ingredients in a covered dutch oven. Put in the oven at 350 degrees for two hours. Serve over rice.
