    Quaker Instant Oatmeal, with maple and brown sugar, prepared with water, 1 packet, prepared (remove)

    *Milk, Hemp - Vanilla Pacific - 1 cup - 8 Oz is 1 serving, 3 oz (remove)

    Ancient Harvest Quinoa Flakes (1 serving = 1/3 cup), 0.16 cup (remove)

    Hemp Hearts- raw shelled hemp seeds, 1 tbsp (remove)

    Chia Seeds CHIA POWER Navitas, 2 tbsp (remove)

    Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 1 cup, unthawed (remove)

    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove)

    Flax seeds- 1 tsp whole seeds


This makes a good healthy brunch type meal- it will keep you full from breakfast until dinner time.
