Ingredients

    Steam cauliflower. Put in foodprocessor and add rest of ingredients. Process till smooth and season with salt and pepper. Can be creative and add your favorite spices.

Directions

Steam cauliflower for 15 minutes or until very tender. Process with other ingredients.

Serving Size: makes 12, 1/2 cup servings
