    *Beef Bottom Round Roast (roasted, trimmed to 1/8" fat), 25 oz
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices
    Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped or diced
    Baby Red Potatoes (serving=4), 2.5 serving
    *Campbell's Beefy Mushroom Soup, 1 Can


In roasting pan, place beef and veggies. Pour Beefy Mushroom Soup over all. Bake at 450 for 1 hour, then 375 for approx. one hour more.
