    Spinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz)
    Feta Cheese, 2 oz
    Cream Cheese, Fat Free, 1 ounce
    *Extra Light Olive Oil, 0.5 tbsp
    *Pork, fresh, loin, top loin (chops), boneless, separable lean and fat, raw, 1 lb (4 chops)
    Garlic 2 to 3 cloves


Place oil in frying pan with chopped cloves of garlic and brown garlic.

Thaw spinach and remove all the water.

Add this to the pan and heat. When spinach is blended with the oil place in a bowl and add cheeses and mix well, let sit.

Make a pocket in the 4 pork chops and divide the spinach mixture into 4 parts and place in the pocket of the pork chop.

Place in the frying pan and brown on both sides and then cook the chops for 8 to 10 min until they are done.

Makes four servings

  • Very Good I made this recipe exactly by the recipe except for the feta cheese. I didn't have it so I left it out. It tasted very good without it so next time I will add it. My husand really loved it. - 6/8/09

  • This was really good. However I substituted feta cheese for the cream cheese and used fresh spinach instead of frozen. My hubby is a very picky eater but he liked it as well. - 5/10/08
