    1/3 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Meal,
    1 Tbsp. Bob's Red Mill Flax Seed Meal,
    1/2 tsp. Baking Powder,Rumford
    2/8 tsp. Himalayan Pink Salt, 0.13 tsp (remove)
    2.5 Tbsp. Kerrygold Pure Irish Butter Unsalted - melted
    1 organic Egg, fresh raw - whisked thoroughly

Directions

1) Grease a mug with butter or coconut oil - use plenty.
2) Mix with fork
3) pour into mug
4) microwave on high for 90 seconds
5) Cool slightly
6) pop out of mug and slice into 4 rounds.
