    Andouille Pork Sausage 1 lb. casing removed
    Black Beans - 1 can, drained
    1/2 cup vegetable broth
    Mushrooms, fresh, 10 medium, chopped into lg pieces
    Garlic powder, .25 tsp

Tips

Great served over rice....


Directions

Brown sausage and drain away fat. Add chopped mushrooms and garlic powder and cook until slightly tender. Stir in black beans and chicken stock. Cook stirring occasionally until heated thru.
