    *Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast, 4 oz (remove)
    *Snap peas, .5 cup (remove)
    *Bell pepper - red, 0.5 cup (remove)
    Carrots, raw, .25 cup, grated (remove)
    Broccoli, fresh, .5 cup, chopped (remove)
    Mushrooms, canned, .5 cup (remove)
    Black Beans - canned - Kroger, 0.25 cup (remove)


In a large bowl, combine all ingredients - feel free to add whatever fresh vegetables you choose. Top with dressing of choice, low fat. You can substitute turkey or tuna in place of chicken.
