Ingredients

    1 pkg. Al Fresco Italian Style Chicken Sausage (5 servings pkg) , chopped into bite size pieces
    3 medium Sweet Bell Peppers (mixed colors),chopped
    1 medium Sweet Onion, chopped
    3 cloves Garlic 0.5 tsp (remove)
    Fresh Basil, 6 leaves finely chopped
    1 /4 t. Italian Seasoning
    1/2 t. Mrs. Dash Original Blend
    1/4 c. low fat Mozarella (I use Sargento brand)
    Cooking Spray

Directions

Spray a skillet with cooking spray. Add chicken sausage and cook until slightly brown. Remove from heat but retain juices in skillet.
Add peppers, garlic, onion, basil and seasonings to skillet. Stir fry until peppers are tender for 5-7 minutes.
Return sausage to the skillet. Stir.
Sprinkle with mozarella. Cover for about 1 minute to let the mozarella melt over the mixture.
Serve.
