Ingredients

8 oz uncooked elbow pasta
2.25 c skim milk
2 c Sargento Cheddar/Jack 2% shredded cheese
0.25 c white flour
1 tsp salt
0.25 tsp pepper
0.5 tsp dry mustard
Directions
Cook noodles, drain
Melt butter.
Add flour, salt, pepper, mustard to make roux
Remove from heat and slowly add milk, stirring till smooth.
Over medium heat, constantly stir milk until thickens - about 10min
Remove from heat and stir in cheese till melted
Add cooked macaroni noodles
Serving Size: 5 - 1 cup servings
