Ingredients

    24 ounces (3 cups) fresh strawberries
    1 (2.1oz/59.5g) package sugar free cook and serve vanilla pudding mix
    1 (0.6oz/17g) package sugar-free strawberry flavored gelatin
    2 cups water

Directions

1. Rinse and hull strawberries. Distribute evenly in a 10 inch pie pan.
2. In a medium saucepan combine pudding mix, gelatin mix, and water. Stir well and bring to a full boil.
3. Pour mixture over strawberries and refridgerate for 4-6 hours.

    My 14 year old loved it as well. Shared here at work and was asked, "Are you sure there's no added sugar in this?" A suggestion made to me, which I haven't tried was to make this and put it over a white cake or pound cake. Enjoyed this recipe. Thank you. - 6/6/14

    This is a great dessert. My recipe calls for 4 cups sliced strawberries. Makes 6 servings using a 9-inch deep dish pie pan and is 6 points for the whole pie--1 point per serving. I have also used a 9-inch square glass dish, which makes serving a little easier. - 6/12/10

  • Easy and good and so low cal! I put cool whip "free" on top. Tastes quite decadent.
    I accidentally got instant pudding so I added it after the gelatin came to a boil. I whisked it in and it got a few little lumps in it. But it didn't effect the final product, still looks pretty and tastes good!
