Ingredients

    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 medium yellow onion chopped
    1 pkg Lawry's Taco seasoning
    1 10.5 oz can of 98% Hill Country Fare Cream of Chicken Soup
    1 can of water
    8 oz 2% velveeta cubed
    10 corn tortillas torn into bite-size pieces

Directions

Brown ground chuck and 1 medium onion chopped. Drain grease. Add taco seasoning and stir until mixed. Add 1 can of cream of chicken soup. Add one can of water. Stir until blended. Add cubed velveeta. Stir until melted. Stir in torn tortillas. Spray a 13x9" pan with Pam cooking spray. Pour mixture into pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until heated through and slightly brown.
