    *American Beauty Rotini Pasta Noodles, 2 cup
    *Mushroom, Fresh (1 Cup), 1 serving
    *onion, fresh, .5 cup
    1 Med. Green Bell Pepper, 1 serving
    Garlic, 1 clove
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 cup, chopped or sliced
    Basil, 1 tbsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, .25 tsp
    *Zuchini Squash 1 cup(124 g) includes skin, 1 cup
    *Yellow Squash Straight Neck Sm/Med, 1 cup
    1 tsp Olive oil


Great with garlic toast.


Cook pasta according to package instructions. Chop mushrooms, onion, bell pepper, and squash into bite sized pieces. Saute these vegetables in olive oil with grated garlic until tender. Peel and chop tomatoes into bite sized pieces. When the pasta is done. Drain and add sauted vegetables, tomatoes and chopped fresh basil. Heat through and serve.
