Ingredients

    Ground beef, lean, 16 oz
    Sour Cream, .5 cup
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices
    *Campbell's low sodium chicken broth, 1 cup
    Spinach Pasta, cooked, 2 oz
    1 T cornstarch

Directions

Brown ground beef, drain. Add mushrooms, chicken bouillon and simmer until hot and bubbly. Add cornstarch to thicken. Cook pasta according to package directions. Remove beef mixture from heat. Stir in sour cream. Serve over pasta. Serves 4
