Ingredients

    1 28oz can of crushed tomatoes
    1 15oz can of diced tomatoes
    1 lb of ground chuck
    2 cloves of garlic
    1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper
    1/4 tsp of oragno
    1/4 tsp of rosemary
    1/4 tsp of thyme
    1/4 tsp of marjoram
    3 tablespoons of honey
    1 tabelspoon of salt
    10 oz dry pasta cooked

Tips

I like to bake this mixture sometimes with, cheddar, colby, and parm on top for a more richer flavor, or add some pepperoni, smoked sausage, or what ever meat you would like to add. Its all good. Just make sure you adjust this recipe so that you know how many calories you have just added.


Directions

Brown ground beef, add spices and garlic, stirr in to beef. Add the cans of tomatoes. Simmer for about 30 minutes. In the mean time get a large pot of water boiling, with at lease 6 quarts of water in it. When boiling add salt and pasta and cook pasta according to package directions. Once its is done drain and pour this into the sauce and stirr until all pasta is coated. Done
