Ingredients

    1 Tsp Crisco
    1 Tbsp Flour
    1/2 Cup Chicken Broth
    1/2 Tsp salt
    1/4 Cup Pineapple Chunks
    4 oz Chopped Chicken Breast
    2 Tsp Lemon/herb Seasoning
    1/2 Cup Skim Milk
    1 Tsp honey

Directions

Mix shortening with flour. Add seasoning, salt and broth stir well. Add milk and honey and stir slowly. Finally add chicken and pineapple stir in for about 5 to 10 minutes until heated through.
