Ingredients

    18 oz pork loin chops, sliced thin
    1 apple, chopped
    3/4 cup apple juice
    1 can chicken broth
    1 medium onion, sliced
    2 Tbsp Curry powder
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    3 Tbsp Olive Oil

Directions

Heat oil in skillet.
Salt & Pepper chops.
Brown chops.
Sprinkle with curry powder
Add apple juice and broth.
Add Apples and Onions.
Simmer on medium-low heat, covered for 20 minutes.
Serve over rice.
