    8 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. Bacon Bits
    1/2 C. lowfat cheese
    1 c. fresh broccoli
    Salt & Pepper to taste
    Italian Seasoning to taste
    minced garlic to taste


If leftover chips can crush & put on top (Doritos taste great!). Can also add any leftover vegetables you have including celery. Warms in mic & keeps in frig in trightly sealed container for several days.


Mix all together - half cheese mixed in & half on top. Cook on 350 for 35 minutes or until eggs are done.
