    1 can Aylmer Diced Tomato's
    0.25 C Carrot shredded
    0.25 Zucchini cut into small pieces
    0.25 Orange Bell Pepper cut into pieces
    Salt/Pepper
    Oregano
    Basil
    Chili Peppers
    Paprika

Directions

Put everything in a pot and simmer 1 hour.

    Incredible!
    It can be improved even more using garlic and onion infused olive oils. The oils are FODMAP friendly or if it's being made in the spring use some garlic greens and the green part of the leeks. - 10/10/17
