Ingredients

    Navy Beans 1 cup = 1 swerving (182g), 4 serving
    Carolina Pride Smoked Cubed Ham 2 oz - 1 serving, 5 serving
    Simple Truth Organic Free Range Chicken Broth 1 cup = 1 s..., 2.5 serving
    *Nature's Place Garlic, minced, 1 tsp
    Vidalia Onion Medium, Raw, .5 serving


Tips

DO NOT SALT THE BEANS! THE HAM AND BROTH PROVIDE ENOUGH SEASONING!


Directions

Soak 4 cups Navy Beans overnight, drain, rinse. Place into crockpot with ham, add 2 1/2 cups chicken broth.
Add one teaspoon of minced garlic and stir thoroughly.
Dice 1/2 of a sweet Vidalia onion and add to pot.
Cook on HIGH for three (3) hours, then cook on LOW for an additional 2 hours or until beans aver tender.

Serving Size: Makes 6 to 8 servings.
