Introduction

Ingredients

2-Large Portabella Caps - cleaned
6 oz. organic ground chicken (lean)
1 small onion (or as much as you'd like) chopped
2 tsp. minced garlic (or as much as you'd like)
Fat Free Mozzarella Cheese - 1/2 cup
Reduced Fat Parmesan Cheese (2 tbs.)
1 cup (or more) marinara sauce
Italian Sausage Seasoning (season to your taste)
Directions
Clean portabella caps; mix chicken with seasoning mix and fry on medium heat; add chopped onion and garlic and cook until just soft. Add mean mixture to mushroom caps, top with mozzarella cheese, marinara sauce and then sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Cook at 400 degrees until done (cheese is melted and sauce is bubbling.
