Ingredients

    1 Boboli Whole Wheat Pizza Crust
    7 Tablespoons Sweet Baby Ray's Buffalo wing sauce (adjust as necessary)
    1 Package Chicken Tenders
    1 Cup Borden ruduced fat cheddar & Monterey Jack Cheese (adjust as necessary)
    spices as desired

Directions

Preheat oven to450. Cook Chicken tenders in pan on the stove. Season as desired. ( I use montreal steak Seasoning) After chicken is fully cooked (to 165 degrees), cut into bite size pieces. Then put back into pan with a 3 Tablespoons buffalo sauce. While letting that heat together on low heat, Unwrap Pizza crust and place on pizza pan or cookie sheet. Top with other 4 Tablespoons of buffalo sauce. Spead evenly, leaving space around the edge for fingers. Top with warm buffalo chicken from pan. Cover chicken and sauce with the borden shredded cheese. Heat in oven for 8 min. Let cool for 1 min and slice into 8 pieces. Two pieces are a serving. Enjoy.

If you want less buffalo sauce or more cheese at it in as you wish, just make sure you adjust the calories too.

    To make this even healthier, I use frozen diced chicken breast. Quicker too, you just have to pull from the freezer and throw on the crust! - 9/10/08
