    1 package pasta noodles (shells, macaroni, etc)
    1 can drained crabmeat (real or mock)
    3 roma or cherry tomatoes diced
    1 large red bell pepper diced
    1/2 cup Caesar dressing
    1/2 tbsp dried basil
    1/2 tsp dried oregano
    1/2 cup fresh grated Parmesan
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder/granules
    pinch of sea salt
    black pepper to taste
    3 tbsps olive oil
    1/2 container of Greek Yogurt (optional, but included in nutritional information)


Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse in cold water and allow to cool in the refrigerator for 20-30 min.

Toss with remaining ingredients.
