    1/2 cup walnuts
    1/2 cup raw, unsalted almonds
    1/2 cup raw unsalted cashews
    1 16 oz can full fat coconut milk (found in the Asian section)
    2 medium, very ripe bananas


An older, more ripe banana is sweeter than a greener one. I use older bananas as I like my porridge somewhat sweet.


Add nuts to a class bowl or I use a measuring cup, with salt and cover with water. Let them soak on the counter overnight.

Drain and rinse nuts until water runs clear.

Add nuts, banana and coconut milk to blender and blend until smooth.

Warm before serving.
