Ingredients

    1/3 cup sour cream
    dozen eggs
    2 cups of chopped mushrooms
    1 chopped onion
    2 tomatoes
    6 oz of shredded cheddar
    2 pkgs Jimmy Dean Maple Turkey Sausage Links

Directions

Preheat oven to 400. Whisk sour cream and eggs then pour into greased 13x9 pan. Bake for 10 minutes. While baking, cook sausage, onion and mushroom in a large skillet over medium heat for 8 minutes. Pour chopped tomatoes over the egg bake, then pour mixture from skillet then top with cheese. Bake for another 30 minutes at 375.
