Ingredients

    6 medium green bell peppers
    1# 97% Lean Ground Turkey
    1 box Chicken Flavored Rice
    1 cup Shredded Mozzerella Cheese

Directions

Preheat oven at 350*
Clean out and boil Bell Peppers until tender
Brown Turkey and drain
Cook rice according to directions on the box. When done mix rice with turkey and mozzerella cheese until cheese is melted.
Spoon 1 cup of mixture into peppers. Set in a baking dish and place in oven for 15 minutes or until warmed through.
