Ingredients

    Bacon, pork, microwaved, 4 medium slices, cooked
    Broccoli, fresh, 1.5 cup, chopped or diced
    Lemon Juice, 1 fl oz
    Salt
    Pepper

Directions

Cook bacon and save the fat.

Mix broccoli and bacon fat together. season with salt and pepper.

Bake at 400 degrees for about 10 minutes.

Top with lemon juice and crumbled bacon.
