    2 zucchini,sliced into long, thin strips (for "noodles")
    1/2-lb lean ground beef, browned & drained
    1/2-lb Italian sausage, browned & drained
    1 jar Classico Tomato & Basil Sauce
    1 15-oz part-skim ricotta cheese
    2-cup 2% Italian Blend shredded cheese (divided)
    1/2-cup grated Parmesan cheese
    2 eggs


Freezes nicely for leftovers or lunches.


Preheat oven to 375. In separate bowls combine:
1. beef, sausage & Classico sauce
2. ricotta, 1-cup Italian cheese & Parmesan cheese, & eggs
Spray 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray. Layer half of each mixture or vegetable as follows: meat sauce, zucchini slices, cheese mixture. Repeat Layers. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil, top with remaining -cup Italian cheese and bake uncovered for 5 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 8 servings.
