Ingredients

    Carrington Farms Organic Coconut Oil, 8 tbsp (remove)
    Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp (remove)
    Pepitas (Pumkin Seed Kernals), 0.5 cup (remove)
    Sunflower Seeds, without salt, .5 cup, hulled (remove)
    *Bob's RedMill Shredded Unsweetened Coconut, 16 tbsp (remove)
    Almonds (whole, raw, Kirkland brand), 8 oz (remove)
    PLANTERS Fancy Whole Cashews with Sea Salt (Jumbo Cashews), 16 oz (remove)
    Pecans, 8 oz (20 halves) (remove)
    honey (raw, trader joes, organic) (1 tbs), 4 serving (remove)
    *Bob's Red Mill Sea Salt, 2 tsp (remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, 1.5 tsp (remove)

Directions

Heat oven to 275 degrees.

Add almonds, pecans, and cashews in blender or food processor and pulse until broken into pieces.

Melt coconut oil, honey and vanilla in a bowl. Add all dry ingredients and mix until completely coated.

Spoon mixture evenly over a baking sheet and put into oven for 20-25 minutes. Stir mixture a few times to ensure everything is evenly toasted.

Serving Size: Makes anywhere from 12-24 servings, depending on preferred amount
